Yoel Roth served as the Head of Trust and Safety at Twitter from 2018 to 2022. Yoel Roth was the first person at Twitter to act against former President Donald Trump’s claims of election fraud. He is a technology policy fellow at the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Yoel Roth also acts as a technical advisor on the Commission on Information Disorder at the Aspen Institute. His research focuses on trustworthy governance approaches for social media, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
