CIA Chief of Station in the Middle East
In his over 35-year career, with 25 of those years spent at the Central Intelligence Agency, Ted Singer has managed politically sensitive assignments of increasing responsibility and scope. From 2006 to 2023, Ted Singer served as a Senior Intelligence officer in the CIA, becoming a Chief of Station five times in European and Middle Eastern capitals, and becoming the chief of Middle East operations. In his final role at the CIA, Ted Singer was the chief of an enterprise-level office, where he established a new executive suite office overseeing governance and innovation of essential CIA-wide functions. In addition to his extensive knowledge of the Middle East, intelligence, and US national security, Ted Singer also has significant experience in understanding the policies driving these areas.
