Rep. Kevin Brady is a seasoned American politician and economic leader who served as the U.S. Representative for Texas’s 8th Congressional District from 1997 to 2023. As one of only three Texans to chair the influential House Ways and Means Committee, he was the principal architect of the landmark 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the most significant reform of the U.S. tax code in over 30 years, driving job growth, higher household incomes, and economic competitiveness.
