Matt Rigby is Partner and Chief Commercial Officer at Ergo. He leads Ergo’s development of strategic client relationships and expansion within promising product and market segments. He has over 25 years experience building, managing and investing in high-growth and high-performing teams and businesses in information services, consulting, and investment management domains. Matt was a member of the founding team at Gerson Lehrman Group, and spent 16 years helping grow the organization from startup to an influential mid-market company. GLG has had an outsized role in the development of novel research, consulting, and teaching and learning platforms; and, Matt was fortunate to be involved in a great variety of those efforts. He retired from the business in 2016 to focus on consulting, investment, board advisory and personal projects of interest. His experience includes advising leaders of growth-stage companies in areas of business development, strategy, talent, and operations. Matt is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
