David Plouffe was Senior Advisor to President Obama from 2011 to 2013, having served as an external senior advisor to the President from 2009 to 2011, and as campaign manager for Barack Obama’s successful presidential campaign. David Plouffe is widely considered to be the mastermind behind pivotal, strategic electoral victories for the Obama campaign. In addition to his work for former President Obama, David Plouffe has aided several election campaigns over the years, and has served as Executive Director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. After working for the President, David Plouffe worked as Senior Vice President of Policy and Strategy for Uber, where he remains a strategic adviser. Today, he hosts a podcast, Campaign HQ with David Plouffe.
