Alberto Vollmer has been the CEO of Ron Santa Teresa since 1999, when he successfully led the company through a major financial restructuring, saving it from bankruptcy. In 2003, Vollmer spearheaded Proyecto Alcatraz, a project focused on rehabilitating gang members through education, employment, and sport. He earned a degree from Universidad Metropolitana and has studied at IMD, Northwestern University, IESA, the University of Chicago, and Harvard Kennedy School.
