Mick Mulvaney

Mick Mulvaney is an experienced American politician and government official who served as Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) from February 2017 to July 2020, where he managed the President’s budget, policy, and regulatory agenda across the executive branch. He also served as Acting White House Chief of Staff from January 2019 to March 2020, leading the White House during a period that included the first days of the COVID-19 pandemic and an impeachment process. Additionally, Mulvaney was Acting Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau from November 2017 to December 2018 and later served as the U.S. Special Envoy for Northern Ireland from March 2020 to January 2021, focusing on economic development in the region.
